Somatic Experiencing® (SE)

Somatic Experiencing is a body-based healing modality designed to help release stored trauma and restore balance. Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, this practice encourages awareness of bodily sensations to support nervous system regulation and resilience. SE sessions guide you in processing emotions and tension gently, promoting a sense of ease and well-being.

Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®)

Developed by Dr. David Berceli, TRE is a simple yet powerful practice that activates the body’s natural tremor mechanism to release deep-seated stress, trauma, and physical tension. Through guided exercises, you’ll safely discharge excess energy, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and more connected to your body.

S Factor®

S Factor is a feminine movement practice blending pole dance, sensual movement, and deep embodiment. Created by Sheila Kelley, it’s a journey of self-expression that reconnects you with your sensuality, emotions, and inner strength. This practice celebrates the power of fluid, authentic movement, inviting you to step into your full radiance.

OPEN FLOOR INTERNATIONAL

A dynamic, expressive movement practice, Open Floor uses dance as a pathway to personal growth and connection. Rooted in mindfulness and somatic awareness, it offers space to explore emotions, relationships, and life transitions through movement.
