SOMATIC EXPERIENCING
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a therapeutic approach designed to help individuals release and heal from trauma by focusing on the body’s natural ability to process stress and restore balance. Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, SE emphasizes the connection between the body and mind, encouraging awareness of physical sensations and emotions. By gently guiding individuals through their bodily experiences, it helps them discharge unresolved energy from traumatic events, promoting nervous system regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
T.R.E.
Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) is a body-based practice developed by Dr. David Berceli to help release deep physical and emotional tension. It involves a series of simple exercises that activate the body’s natural tremor mechanism, allowing the nervous system to discharge stress, trauma, and tension in a safe and controlled way. TRE helps restore balance, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of relaxation and well-being. It is accessible to people of all fitness levels and can be practiced independently or with guidance.
S Factor
S Factor is a unique movement practice that blends pole dance, sensual movement, and feminine embodiment. Created by Sheila Kelley, it is designed to empower women by reconnecting them with their sensuality, emotional expression, and inner strength. The practice combines fluid, intentional movements with self-exploration, offering a space to release inhibitions, build confidence, and celebrate the body in all its forms. S Factor encourages emotional authenticity and creates a supportive environment for personal growth and creative expression.
OPEN FLOOR INTERNATIONAL
Open Floor International is a dynamic movement practice that uses dance and creative movement to support personal growth, emotional expression, and connection. Rooted in mindfulness and somatic awareness, Open Floor invites participants to explore movement as a way to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and foster a deeper connection to self and others. It integrates principles of embodiment, allowing individuals to move through physical, emotional, and relational landscapes in a safe and supportive space. Suitable for all levels, it emphasizes freedom, creativity, and the healing power of movement.
